• Level 3 (5–6): Clear comparison between two named areas, with balanced positive and negative impacts and use of geographical terminology. E.g. Grimsby/Lowestoft (offshore wind hub — regeneration, apprenticeships, business rates, port renewal) vs East Anglian villages on the Norwich-to-Tilbury pylon route (visual impact, NIMBY opposition, possible house-price effects).
• Level 2 (3–4): Some comparison with limited depth; one area developed more than the other.
• Level 1 (1–2): Lists impacts without comparing or naming areas.
• 0: No relevant content. Accept onshore wind (Whitelee), solar farms in Cambridgeshire, fracking sites, nuclear (Hinkley Point C and Somerset villages).
